Omkareshwar (Madhya Pradesh)
Omkareshwar, having the shape of utmost holy symbol "OM" of Hindu religion, is like an island, which has attracted hundreds of generation of pilgrim. Situated on the confluence of Narmada and Kaveri rivers, consecrated in ShriOmkarMandhata Temple, Omkareshwar Jyotirling is one of the Dwadash (twelve) Jyotirlings of India. The temple has been built on an island on the mouth of Narmada. Creeper painted on upper portion of temple is most fascinating.
