Day 01: Arrive at Delhi

Fly from your country to New Delhi, you will be greeted & assisted upon arrival. You will be met by Superb India Tours representative, holding a placard with your name on it at the exit. Transfer to hotel and relax. Coming from a long distance, relax in hotel and visit local market to get rejuvenated for Leh and Laddakh journey next morning.

Return to hotel for overnight stay

DAY 02: Delhi-Leh (By Air)

After early morning breakfast, proceed to New Delhi airport to board flight for Leh. Arrive at Leh airport. You will be met by Superb India Tours representative and give you transfer to the hotel. Have welcome drink on arrival. We recommend you completely relax for the rest of the day to enable yourselves to acclimatize to the rarefied air at the high altitude. Have lunch & dinner at the hotel.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 03: LEH FULL DAY MONASTERIES TOUR

Highlights: Shanti Stupa, Shankar Gompa, Leh Palace , Leh Bazaar, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery, Shey Palace.

After early morning breakfast, proceed to visit Shanti Stupa, Shankar Gompa, Leh Palace , Leh Bazaar. After lunch, move for full day excursion of Thiksey Monastery,Hemis Monastery which is one of the biggest in this region. While returning to Leh, visit Shey Palace. Packed lunch will be provided. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 04: LEH - ULETOPKO CAMP, ALCHI

Highlights: Alchi, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame and Buddhist Centres.

After early morning breakfast, proceed to to Alchi, 70 kms west of Leh. On the way, visit the famous Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, the Magnetic Hill and Hall of Fame. Check in on arrival at the Uletopko Camp. After lunch, visit Alchi Village and the monastery. Alchi's large temple complex founded in the 11th Century is regarded as one of the most important Buddhist Centres in Ladakh and a jewel of monastic skill. Enjoy an opportunity to witness villagers using primitive methods to grind the wheat along the road side.

Overnight stay will be at camp-site.

DAY 05: Uletopko Camp, Alchi - Leh.

Highlights: Ridzong Monastery and Lamayuru Monestry

After early morning breakfast, proceed to visit Ridzong monastery. Ridzong is the only Nunnery Monastery in Ladakh. Return to campsite and drive to Leh. En route visit Lamayuru Monestry. On arrival at Leh check-in at the hotel.

Overnight stay will be in the hotel.

DAY 06: Leh

Highlights: Full day tour of Pangong Lake

Leave early morning at 5 am to Pangong Lake through Changla pass. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak, the summer pastureland of the yaks. Arrive Durbuk and from there a short drive takes you to the western shore of the lake. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 144 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the "INDO CHINA BORDER". One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. In the late afternoon drive back to Leh.

Overnight stay will be in the hotel.

Day 07: Leh-Delhi and Old Delhi Sightseeing

Highlights: Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk

Fly from Leh to New Delhi. You will be greeted & assisted upon arrival. You will be met by Superb India Tours representative, holding a placard with your name on it at the exit. Transfer to hotel, relax, refresh and proceed for Old Delhi sightseeing.

Indraprastha of the Pandavas, during the Mahabharata, is now heart of India where the past and the present blend so smoothly on the threshold of an exciting future. Old Delhi (Shah Jahanabad, 7th city) was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan during 17th century. New Delhi, a British-built capital, is now a national capital fulfilling a destiny that determined history would always be written in this. Today, across the capital, this remnant presents a mute testimony to the rise and fall of scores of kingdoms. Visit leisurely Red Fort, Jama Masjid and 400 years old Chandni Chowk.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Delhi Sightseeing

Highlights: India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple and Sansad Bhavan.

Have breakfast in the hotel and proceed for full day sightseeing of New Delhi visiting Lotus Temple, Parliament House, Presidential House, India Gate, Government buildings, Humayn's Tomb & Qutab Minar.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 09: Delhi - Agra

Highlights: Taj Mahal, Baby Taj and Old Fort.

After early morning breakfast in the hotel, proceed to Agra in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the Mughal Empire.

On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel, refresh & move to visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj (Tomb of It-mad-ud-daula). Taj Mahal, the epitome of love, is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and made of milky white marble. The beauty of the Taj Mahal gives wonderful and glorious appearance at the full moon nights and especially on Sharad Purnimas. The glittering beauty arises special attractions among the tourists.

DAY 10: Agra - Jaipur

Highlights: Fatehpur Sikri, Albert Hall and Birla Temple.

After early morning breakfast in the hotel, proceed to Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan, India. En route visit the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri famous for Buland Darwaja. Continue your drive to Jaipur. On arrival in Jaipur, check in at the designated hotel, refresh a bit & proceed to visit Birla Temple (built in pure white marble and dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi) and Albert Hall (a museum that houses marvellous pieces of sculptures, paintings with a specialty of collections from natural history).

Jaipur is famous by the name of Pink City or Gulabi Nagar and is the capital city of Rajasthan. The sprinkling beauty, the edifices, big havelis and stupendous sky-touching forts of Jaipur attract the tourists immensely. This is the only city in the world which has been divided from the point of view of astrology. Jaipur has been laid according to the conventional nine-grid pattern that astrologers believe to be lucky and which has been recommended in the ancient Indian treatise on architecture. Its nine rectangular sectors represent nine levels of universe. A boundary wall with eight gates surrounds the city.

DAY 11: Jaipur Sightseeing

Highlights: Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal and City Palace

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on Jaipur city tour. Take an excursion to Amber Fort (biggest fort of Rajasthan). Enjoy a ride on a caparisoned elephant which will take you to the top of the hill- the entrance of the mammoth fort. Thereafter visit Jal Mahal, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and local buzzing market place of the yore.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12: Jaipur- Delhi - Departure

After early morning breakfast, proceed to New Delhi. Arrive at Delhi. Superb India Tours representative will meet and give you transfer to International Airport for your onward destination.
